Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor used in the treatment of dyspepsia, peptic ulcer disease, 

gastroesophageal reflux disease, laryngopharyngeal reflux, andZollinger-Ellison syndrome.

Omeprazole is one of the most widely prescribed drugs internationally

and is available over the counter in some countries.

Omeprazole, not Mingluosaike, is a way to effectively inhibit gastric acid secretion proton pump inhibitors.

There protease inhibition of gastric secretion of gastric mucosal blood flow change is not obvious,

does not affect body temperature, stomach cavity temperature, arterial blood pressure,

venous hemoglobin, arterial oxygen, carbon dioxide partial pressure and arterial blood pH.  

Binds covalently to proton pump. It inhibits gastric secretion.

Used as an anttiulcerative.
